Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your account page; cancellation is immediate and you keep access through the end of the billing period.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Generations use your monthly plan allowance first. Once that's spent, you can buy credits (1 credit = 1 generation, never expire) to keep going — no need to change your subscription. Manage credits from your account.
Do you offer school or classroom discounts?
Yes. We offer 50% off Pro for verified students and free Studio seats for K-12 teachers. Email teach@cellforge.org for details.
What does "no watermark" actually mean?
On Free, exported PNGs and embedded viewers carry a small "Made with Cell Forge" mark. Pro and Studio remove it for both formats.
Is there a refund policy?
If you're unhappy within 14 days of your first charge, email us — full refund, no questions.
What happens to my generations if I downgrade?
They stay yours. You keep access to every generation forever, regardless of plan.
